I have had a reminder from the BMFA office that anyone who wants to submit a proposal for a rule change for the March 2010 CIAM meeting must do so by 21st September. It may seem like a long way away but any proposals have to be ratified by the Technical Council meeting in October before submitting to CIAM in November.

The wheels of officialdom grind ever so slowly!

Note this only applies to the international rules for F classes. It does not apply to UK variations of FAI rules (for example like allowing the use of winches for UK domestic F3J competitions).

Any proposals should be submitted on an official proposal form available for the BMFA office.
