Handbook Updated

The BARCS handbook has just been updated - the 2010 version is acccessed by clicking on BARCS then Soarer and Handbook. It now incoporates (amongst a few other changes) the Multi Launch rules under section 4.13. These can be used as a variant set of rules for BARCS Opens and they will be used for the initial two day event at Radioglide this year.

In addition to the handbook on line, are you still sending out the amendment in A5 paper form for inclusion in the hard copy handbook?
