Winch Testing at AGM

Is your winch/battery combination legal and is the testing certification up-to-date?
Peter Ing has kindly agreed to bring the winch testing kit to the Soaring Mart (in the morning of December 7 prior to the AGM). Testing will therfore be available and probably located in a corner of the main hall. Please remember, especially if the line is still on the winch that the winch must be capable of being mechanically pinned so that the stall current can be measured. This can be achieved by a pin through the flange cheek into the drum or by something equivelant. Get you certification up-to-date before the 2009 flying season.
