4m Valenta ASW 20 power system

Hi peeps.. first post so not sure if this is in the right place. I have a 4M ASW 20 Valenta scale glider. I have sloped this many times but i am looking to fly this flat field.

Any recommendations on what power setup I should go for? brushless motor size, Prop size, ESC amp size.  do I need gearbox set up?  Any recommendations and info would be much appreciated.

I appreciate this was posted ages ago, but I've just seen it.  I've got mine running on a 6S set up.  When I bought mine the previous owner had ran it on 4s, but this was totally underpowered for flat field.  He'd previously been using it in the alps, so only needed the motor for assistance!  I can't remember what motor was in it, but i'm running a 15 x 8 prop, so it's most likely something along the lines of this https://www.4-max.co.uk/po-5055-500.html
