Horcum Challenge Cup F3F 20th September 2020

Our final BMFA League data was meant to be at the Hole of Horcum on Sunday 20th September. We still have the date booked for a competition, so in place of the league event we will be staging the Horcum Challenge Cup!

This is your chance to take possession of the fine piece of timberware pictured below.

As this is only a 1 day event, entry will be limited to 25 Pilots and will run with the 'usual' social distancing measures in place.

I will open an entry list on the GBSRA site on Friday 4th September. Fee will be £10.

Weather call will be made on evening of Friday 18th. We will not take payment through PayPal until the event has been called on.

Due to the new restrictions on gatherings of over 6 people in England from 14th September, I am afraid this competition will now have to be cancelled.

Can't see this new law being lifted anytime soon.

Fingers crossed it does so it doesn't impact on the Winter League.

Good News Guys

Horcum "Chairleg" Cup aka Challenge Cup is ON again!

Updated Government Rules regarding social groups doesn't apply to organised sporting events like ours.
We are still restricted to 30, but I don't think that that will be a problem.

Winds look between E and NE depending upon which weather site you look at
