Having built 3 of these boards now ,I know you will become very good at soldering🙂

Slow and steady is the way to go.

I've too have built one of these boards and as Pete says slow and steady is the way to go. Yes some soldering required but not too much compared to making one using cut up lengths of LED Strip lighting. Its a cheap way to do it compared to the ready made boards you're using, but requires a lot of soldering!

These timing display units are well worth the effort which ever way you make them.

Thankfully I like soldering....

Completed mountings also now for the rear display on the back of the board.
