Anyone know where I can get the above 2S battery? Overlander only do the Samsung 2600 mAh...and for same weight would be good to have the extra capacity.

Im hopeless with soldering etc...just never had a good iron I guess... so would prefer ready made that I can trust

Having extra capacity may not be a great idea.  
lower output cells are generally more reliable, also draining a little deeper can be better for cells. 
if it’s a receiver battery, not many people would take out more than a 1000mah after a day out. 
Compare discharge rates as Many of these cells have quite low numbers
