Sounds like it was an excellent couple.of days out! My knee hasn’t improved much, and my head decided to start aching this morning, while my stomach was upset. So it’s a good job I didn’t try to hang around!

Well done Stefan, Peter and Mike.

Great weekend Guys, well I would say that wouldn't I!
But there were many more PB's flown

I am sure Andy B,  Mark T,  Mike E,  Peter G,  all had PB's
Correct me if this is not right, but they all had very fast times.
There were 3 sub 30's, and 7  35's and under!

He needs to go 3/100’s second faster to get really itchy!

Yep, it was discussed. 😂

Interesting other PB's yesterday

Andy B.       29.63 Sunday (in the sun)

Mike Evans 29.64. Saturday (in the damp)

I blame the system being more laggy in the wet. 🤔

Nothing to see here …..think that’s my 3rd this year 😂

If any of you would like PBs updated on the GBSRA list please could you PM me or reply here saying which model you were flying.

Thanks to Jon & Mark for CD'ing, I think we squeezed all that we could out of the weekend and 17 rounds is a great result. Stefan said we were getting through a round in 18 minutes on Sunday!

This of course meant that it was busy / tiring and meant it was great that an additional three people turned up on Sunday.

I had a great weekend and I am very happy with my new PB making Joel the 'slow guy' of Mickeys Massive! It was a particularly lovely bit of air between showers under a heavy sky that seemed to make flying smoothly an absolute doddle. The fact a 28.80 was sandwiched between a 43 and a 46 does say something about the conditions though...

Well done to Stefan who flew great all weekend and didn't make any significant mistakes and to Mike, whose 29.64 was very nicely flown, super tight on the bases and pulling hard, no messing!

I am determined to fly EM this year in preparation for Denmark in October, but, as I was aware that I probably hadn't won and desperate to do some damage to Stefan in the last round I flew reversals (to a chorus of 'are you Joel in disguise' from Andy 🤣). I had good air in both the last two rounds and the interesting thing is that they were almost identical 33.08 EM vs 33.14 reversal but the reversals felt so much quicker, with the model coming out to base A at a hell of a lick. Well I thought it was interesting.
