martynk Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 I have entered. That will terrify SteveH and CirrusRC. 1
Martin O Posted August 22, 2022 Author Posted August 22, 2022 Not far off now. Entries close tommorow (Tuesday) so still time to support the first ever FxRES in the SF Nationals.
John Minchell Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 Good luck all, sorry I won't be able to join in the fun, but will be there in spirit. John M 1
martynk Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Sorry I wont be able to make it tomorrow. Fell very badly 6 days ago and fractured my sacrum in my back. Its the big bone at the base of your spine that links your backbone to your pelvis. Looking at 6 to 12 weeks recovery. I have let Martin and Lawrence know. I hope you have a great day. 1

Martin O Posted September 2, 2022 Author Posted September 2, 2022 Scores for the NATS and League update. I hope everything is correct. Big congratulations to David poole for winning both categories in the league. https://fxres.co.uk/competition-results-and-league-table 1 1
cirrusRC Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 Huge thanks to you and Lawrence for running a very successful RES League and the competitors who supported the events. Fingers crossed we get even more competitors and the same amazing weather next season. Please can you update my F3L model on League results to "X-RES" Many thanks 2
martynk Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 Well done David... A worthy league winner. Looks like conditions at the Nats were a bit tough. A few zeros which I assume were due to landing out. 1 1

After the near perfect conditions for sat/sun competitions, Monday was a bit disappointing. Gusty, cool and wet. There were thermals but you needed plenty of height to get back to the box. Been a while since model disappeared in the low cloud! Speedy recovery Martyn. 2
