Well that was a long day …left home at 4am just got back at 9:30 pm

Oh dear a bit misty first thing.
Clear soon, always does? Ask the man in the mobile coffee shop, he seems to know everything. Clear in the Hour mate was the reply
He wasn't far wrong, well lets not split hairs, but we were finally up and running at 12:30ish
9 rounds later and the 15 pilots hopefully had a good day.

Great win for Peter G, Johnny Phillips in a close second and Mark R in third. FTD went to Peter with a 41.68 in R5
Thanks to everyone for a great day and have a safe journey home.

A fantastic weekend. Thanks to mark, john and everyone who made it happen.

Some of the most variable conditions for a while but 9 rounds feels like it shook things down.

Whatever it does to the league result, it will be close!

Belated congrats to Pete on the win, and also to JP for his splendid league and Eurotour wins. And thanks to Jon, Mark and Rich for organising.

Here are some pics, including some more experimental shots (for a change!) using a slow shutter speed.

There’s only one thing wrong with Mike’s photos. They very rarely have Mike Shellim in them!

Unfortunately John, I haven't figured out how to be present in my own photos... maybe some white goods instead? Lol...

Mike is always present in his photos - I dont know anyone else with such an eye for whats going on - this is a particulary good set

but - here he is - caught in the act!

Love the coloured one of the Whitby beach huts.

Such great lighting shifts and textures, between the gabions, huts and mist.
