Nigel_W Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Hello all, the English Open F3F competition this year will be held on 17-18 August, hosted by the White Sheet Radio Flying Club. This is a relaxed 2-day event, fun for everyone, from experts aiming for the top trophy, to those who would just like to give F3F a try and maybe get the "Best of the Rest" award. The entry list will open at 9am tomorrow, Saturay 1st on the GBSRA contest entries site https://www.gbsra.co.uk/competition-entries. The entry fee will be £20 (or £10 for each day flown) payable on the day. 1

Nigel_W Posted August 9 Author Posted August 9 The English Open F3F trophies have arrived.... Please can last year's victors bring the big shiny ones! Looking forward to a good weekend flying on 17th and 18th. If anyone has forgotten to enter this can still be done on the GBSRA contest entries page. 3
Redbird Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Hi Nigel, yes looking forward to it. Shouldn't it be listed on the Events page?
Nigel_W Posted August 13 Author Posted August 13 It's looking like it could be another great English Open. If anyone was watching the weather before deciding to enter or give it a try, now is the time to do so. You can join for just one day if you wish. Entries can still be accepted on the GBSRA contest entries page to Thursday 6pm, or on the day (go on, you know you want to....). 2
Nigel_W Posted August 13 Author Posted August 13 The meeting time for this Saturday is 9-9.30, aiming for 10.00 start. Please could a few volunteers arrive for 8.15-8.30 to assist with setting up the course. 1
