Msybe consider black EPO (expanded polyolefine or something like that)? Soar-Ahead-Sailplanes' combat wings use it. Cut well and durable from the kits I've built

Do you care about the weight? I bought some of the black stuff, and it was twice as heavy as the Wickes insulation boards.

Yeah weight is paramount.
The wings are going to be four meters

I don’t know much about this, but I’m guessing that manufacturers colour code different densities. Certainly the black stuff I’ve still got quite a lot of is heavy at 49g/m3. Genuine Styrofoam comes in a variety of weights, and can be 2/3 lighter than my black stuff.

That link certainly looks like the correct stuff but in the description it specifically says "not suitable for crafting/model making."  So I assume (dangerous I know) that it might give off nasty fumes when hot wiring.  Also there is a minimum order of 5 sheets which means the cost is £77, but at least its free postage.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)comes in many different grades, from EPS 70 to EPS 400, XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) is dense as we used to call it blue foam etc, which is better for vacuum work, EPS 70 as supplied by builders merchants like Wickes and the like is to soft for Vacuum bagging wings yet a lot lighter than higher grades of foam, all Polystyrene EPS and XPS cut well with hot wire, pending your requirements and what you want to do with it, plenty of outlets for Polystyrene on the internet but usually there is a minimum order and delivery can be expensive, hope this helps.

49g/m³? I'll go for it.

More the typing lessons than the maths! There should , of course, be a K in there.

Happy New Year, Ric.

Maybe worth a call to Dow and ask where they supply Roofmate insulation foam? 020 3139 4000
