Phil.Taylor Posted January 5 Posted January 5 After the recent storms - sunshine & very light wind this afternoon - relaxing fun with the Radical to start the year Phil. 5
Phil.Taylor Posted May 30 Posted May 30 Needle 124 - fixed up & with a new colour scheme - the "Team Treble" yellow wiggle had to go. Its still a fast F3F plane - and happy doing any style of f3F turn - with no sign of flick-iness. Needs good lift to get going though - not a light wind soarer. Phil. 4
Phil.Taylor Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Having fun doing F3F practice with the old Needle 124 - its still a fast plane. Flying with 1.5kg ballast - 20-25mph wind - low lift slope but good thermals for height gain before speed runs. Phil. 7

Phil.Taylor Posted October 5 Posted October 5 A relaxing evening session with the old Rotmilan - 15mph wind onto a 500ft sea cliff in Devon. Its still a fast plane - and rewarding to fly. Checking out the electric power train - 1kw takes it up pretty quick - good for those days with no wind - like the first morning of the Welsh Open. (PS - the soundtrack is very quiet - might need to turn it up - relaxing piano music for a change) Phil. 4
