BMFA F3F League Dates 2012

Recommended Posts

Ian F3F

Just to note and as advised in another thread all League Contests are offical Team trial events to qualify to the fly-off. I will announce dates for the fly - off once I have these confirmed along with location.

Thanks

Martin

As the Welsh open will count towards the league and Euro qualification this h=year for the first time. Will my score from that competition be based on the best UK pilot or the winner? If a non UK pilot wins by a mile and effectively reduces the normalised scores of UK pilots attending this race rather than the nats and/or slopeglide this puts creates an 'unfare' penatly.

Does anyone know the BMFA ruling on this?

Long Mynd 9th September.

Not that far away and we have a Saturday free.

If anyone fancies joining me on Saturday for a MTB ride let me know.

It is a great area for mountain bikes with a lot of very nice single track descents and many miles of off road tracks suitable for all abilities.

It would be very easy for me to run a route around 25 miles all off road with a break out point at 15 for that that wished.

Should leave plenty of time in the afternoon for a bit of flying as well.

Camping etc - lots of options that I can advise on.

Mike

Cheers

I would have been up for some biking if I was able to make that weekend, hope the offer is open next time as the single track around the mynd does look really good. :)

This could be a good option either for camping at £12 a night or hire a Pod £35 for two Plus £5 for any more heads upto max 5.

Station Pub is next door, Church Stretton is 5 minutes away.
