Thought id share the up and downs.

Well the wing spars are half a golf club each glued in with foaming Gorilla glue which was interesting. Took the excess off and it sanded down well.

With the gorilla glue I have found that you can dress it by adding more after sanding, rub it well in to any holes and leave for 15minutes, then give a very gently spray with a water mister, to foam it very slightly.

do it a few times if needed, its better than adding filler (I think).

Like the square edge wing tips, look cool.

I rounded mine off and I guess you will too if you follow the instructions :D

I think so too...

Although I might be tempted to round them the other way and turn it into the worlds fastest Alula!

Wings now cut to shape, I'd recommend 80 grit rather than the 120 on the tips as it smooths better

My last reaper build that I wanted to get a very clean fast build on and wasn't to concerned about the crash ability I added ply/balsa tips it allowed for very nice much thinner tips that would have been achievable with the epp.

It just might suit such a pretty model as the raven.
