Southern winter league round 3

Hello All.

Just a follow up to yesterdays F3F competition at Butser Hill.

You will have seen that the best time of the day was 46.92 by Simon Thornton.

I was wondering if any one has information on the Hill record if not then perhaps Simons time should go into the "record book"

Regards

Tony

Morning Chaps

I have been thumbing through loads of old MVSA Newsletters and I found two quicker times:-

20th Apr 1997 - John McCurdy did 45.55secs in Round 6 on the N. Slope with an Ellipse 2

and

4th Oct 1992 - Greg Lewis did 42.07 secs on the N.E. Slope.

Can anybody find any better times for the "Record Book" (?) (Is there one?)

Well done on organising yesterday's F3F Tony - that was a bit fresh up there I know. Me  - I was out MG'ing mate..!

Regards

Peter

I never put the video onto BARCS as I was embarrassed by the quality of the video. To be fair I never got much footage as it was absolutely freezing and I didn't want to take my hands out of my gloves......at least thats my excuse.

The music is also pretty dire, however it was a special request from Dave Rub me.

I will put more effort in next time

Made it without spraying them with mud.

But enjoyed the round of applause.
