Here are some photo's that I took of the stunning 'Free Flying Eagle', English Open F3F trophies that I, my Wife Gillian & Lynda Blythe the Chairman of the Whitesheet RFC, chose for the return of the English Open F3F competition . These trophies were sponsored by Tony Fu at Sloperacer http://www.sloperacer.co.uk/ and Peter Payne at South Coast Sailplanes http://www.south-coast-sailplanes.com/ . All 3 of these trophies will be kept by there respective winners for the period of 1 year, or the period between each annual English Open competition, whichever is the sooner. They will then be returned and prepared for there next recipients. Sloperacer & South Coast Sailplanes have both been excellent sponsors. Their Sponsorship has without question ensured that the English Open F3F competition has returned into the annual UK F3F calendar with sound footings for the future.
