Greetings from Bavaria & looking for hot spots

Hi there!

My name is Robin and I live near Munich in Bavaria, Germany. Although the Alps are very close, my big wish is slope soaring in the UK. The Alps are mostly covered by woods and above the treeline the landscape it is often very rugged. Of course, there are some spots where flying (and landing) is absolutely awesome but these places are mostly a little bit crowded. Videos and pictures from UK show very often a smooth landscape and hills without bushes, rocks and trees. And wind, lots of wind. Perfect conditions for slope soaring...

My plan is to visit the UK next year in May or June, mainly South England  between Kent and Devon. If possible, Wales too. Or instead...

It would be great to get some advice where to fly (Google Maps coordinates).

Thanks in advance!

Kind greetings
Robin

Great! Both websites are really helpful :)!

Next year a German will come with his airplanes to England and/or Wales :D
In peace, of course ;)
