I thought that I would try a different tack by posting the link to what was a good forecast.

Normally I refuse to look at the forecast as a good one the start of the week usually means the actual day will be rubbish.

So far this reverse psychology isn't working

wind now showing 3mph E,

Looks like we could have another nice restful day in bed.

Could always try leaving it until Friday like the registration mail suggests :)

There's always the F3j at Bicester (Martin and Mike).  I would fly that if I had not lost my f3j model. Even then I might do that with an f3b plane for the fun.

mynd comp is on

All current forecasts show legal conditions as being forecast for Sunday. Therefore we have no reason to invoke  a weather call

Meet at the first car park on left half way up the Burway.

For 9.00am

it it should be a nice sunny day hopefully the flying will be ok as well.

Mike, I don't finish work until 0730 so will be a little late. Should be there by 0930-ish. Can someone send me a text if you have moved from the meet point please.

Unfortunately I have decided not to travel to todays comp, I have sent my apologies to Martin, Mike & Andy b.

It was always going to be a 'late call' as to whether I would be able to attend, I shall be with my son Tom in hospital in London

Wishing you all a very enjoyable & successful Comp, good luck to all.

   Stu.

Yes, thanks Mike, Andy. Good effort in the conditions, nearly paid off. Nice day out in the sunshine though.
