Congrats Graeme on your win, from the scores it looks like you had a 'Cracking Day' .   Great to see Ian Falconer up there in 4th, well done Ian .

Good to see the Southern Winter Lg is underway. Well done the ESSA for organising & staging the event.

Hi All

Thanks for a very enjoyable day John and team on my first visit to Eastbourne Long Man.

Thing I have now started to fly a bit more consistent thanks to the White Sheet boys and for all the tips over the last couple of years. Looking forward to the next round of the Southern F3F Winter League

Hi gents, having used my Pitbull as a lawn dart on Sunday,  OUCH, I've uploaded vids from 2 early rounds in the morning, search in YouTube,  Longman F3F winter league 2015, or Simon parks, there's a little drop down arrow I think to show all, sorry I missed the faster ones, thanks to the other Simon Babcock for filming most of the footage. I'll try and get all the rounds on film.

Regards Simon Parks

Extra Congrats due to Graeme for it being his first F3f comp win, I'm sure its the first of many.

Howsboutdat & Simon,  thanks for filming & posting the vids .

I've never flown at the Long Man, I've only seen it as I've driven past, I think a visit is now long overdue. Talk of a loooong walk has however put fear into my unfit body :o, just how far & steep is it exactly ?

Simon, excellent videos.

Is there a reason why all of the gliders are v tail?  I take it v tail is better for F3F?

Regards

Eamon
