F3F Model carry bags

Decathlon have some snowboard bags that are not much more than a tenner and work well for carrying.

I use correx boxes as storage and loading in the car is better. But probably worse to carry in a wind.

I use an Aldi fishing kit bag, though these are only available various times of the year and I think the design changed this year.  I can easily carry 2 models and sometimes 3 of 2m span or smaller.

I use the plane quiver. I got it from hyper flight. It works pretty well to protect the models, however the control surfaces can be force to move when it's on your bac and you can get damage to the tip of the flaps, on some models.

Mike's corex boxes are very good. I would build some, were I less lazy!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, much appreciated. Just bought a 4 pole fishing bag (1.6m long) from Go-Outdoors (£22) which is perfect for two F3F/B models.

Cheers

Steve

p.s - bob you know simon better than most and I will end up carrying his models!

I use black plastic bin bags - much cheaper in the long run

Pete, he wants something for carrying UP the hill, not just back down! ;)
