Sorry Jef to hear your news.  I wish you and yours strength at this time of loss.  Arthur will live on in all our thoughts as a lovely gentleman aero modeller.

My condolences Jef

I only met Arthur on a couple of occasions but was struck by his enthusiasm for aeromodelling.

A sad day,

Always the gentlemen,

An innovative aeromodeller,

And a good friend.

Looking after Arthur Twywell 2007, Jef was off on a scuba holiday. Arthur flying a V-tail bungee launched glider on a 35MHz EVO.

Jef

I never met Arthur, but recall reading of his (and your) exploits on FlyQuiet, invariably bringing a wry smile. My thoughts are with you at this sad time.

Hi Jef

If only one good thing comes out of this sad experience for you, it's the fact that members ARE letting you know how well your Dad was thought of, you really are not alone in what you feel - my sincere condolences
