List is building up nicely. Some big names on there with many pilots I have not yet met that I'm really looking forward to meeting. 

@Phil.Taylor are we going to get to see your Ceres X amongst all the V tails?

A reminder that the first F3F league event of 2017 will take place at Whitesheet, near Mere, Wiltshire this Sunday 23rd April.  Meet time is 09:00 latest.  [pm me if you need a map] 

 

Enter at: http://www.gbsra.co.uk/competition-entries by 22:00 Wednesday 19th April.

There will be a weather call at about 20:00 on Friday evening.

Entries have now closed.  23 Pilots entered.  Weather call will be made Friday evening after 20:00

I'm afraid that after consulting various forecasts I am reluctantly calling Sunday's comp OFF.  Neither Whitesheet or Wales are showing a suitable wind, and what little there might be is likely to vary in direction during the day.

Let's hope for better weather next time.

I was expecting that, but it's a real shame with such an enthusiastic entry list. Hope we can get the same level of interest for next month!

Very true Mark, the list was looking good. I'm sure next month will have be just as good. Tough call Simon but no other option really.
