isoaritfirst
Entries close on Wednesday for both Saturday and Sunday competitions. Dont forget these are two separate comps, there is no need to attend both Currently the forecast looks rubbish , so I expect it will be perfect and a great pair of comps If you enter both days with the intention of picking the best day, please pm me off the forum to keep me advised when you know your movements thanks hope to see you the weekend Mike
Phil.Taylor
Any weather call for Saturday? Phil.
isoaritfirst
Saturday does seem to be settling towards southerly around 12mph. High likelyhood of showers later in the day. Entry numbers are low, which will help in getting a good comp in despite a probability of a showery afternoon Bring a brolly. On current forecasts Saturday is On Southerly is a nice comp slope. Close enough to cars if weather doesn't play ball
isoaritfirst
Sunday forecast looks sunnier and less showery. Wind moved to W and around 15mph. So if anyone wants an early call. Sunday is also called on. Although I will post again tomorrow on Sundays call, I don't expect to change this decision.
isoaritfirst
If any of the locals want to sports fly then that will be ok up to 10am while the course is being set up and after comp finishes. Latest Around 5pm

Close enough to cars if weather doesn't play ball Hi Mike, Where's the meet point for this Southerly slope? The club website says, park in Pole Cott car park and its a long walk, so I'm assuming its a different slope based on your post above? G
Brett82
I think we will be flying Ashes Hollow, not Packetstone so parking is same as Reservoir. I'm sure Mike will confirm though.

Les
It will be Asher Hollow. Very short walk from car. When you drive up the Bureway Road just pull into the first big carpark on your left. That usuly the meeting point then it's just up the road a bit.
isoaritfirst
For Saturday we will try to get up and running (weather dependent ) for 10.00 so please be on the slope by 9.45. Les, Paul, Andy and I will hopefully have the course up by then. So if we can aim to be there by 9.00. Sunday. Is expected to be on Pole Cot. follow the road up onto the Mynd from Church Stratton. (Just he'd for the hill). Then follow the Burway single carriageway road up and sling the hill towards the south. Pole Cot is a carpark on the far side of a small copse of trees. The slope is no more than 500 yards from the carpark. Timing same as Saturday.
