I have ordered from Horizon Hobby a Reichard ALADIN 3950mm ARF glider. https://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/p/reichard-aladin-3950mm-arf.htm?SessionId=&a=article&ProdNr=0610303&p=46344 On the web page it states "Availability:(Delivery time: in stock, 3-4 days)" with a green "flag" to show it is available. I have been waiting now nearly two week for delivery and despite many email to them I have had no reply's. I an getting concerned over the whole issue, does anyone else have had the same experience? Also can do a bit of thermal flying in my local fields. less than 5 minutes from my house. As far as I know, all my contacts are with Germany. the confirmation emails are from from horizonhobby.de So does anyone know different? Back in April, Horizon consolidated their European service operations into one site in Germany and turned Staufenbeil into a direct selling operation for Horizon products. If you order from horizonhobby.co.uk you are actually ordering from Germany hence the 3-4 day delivery. @Tone-the-glider ask them to confirm dispatch and advise a tracking number. That is why I am getting concerned, I have even raised an issue with PayPal and they have not responded to that either. I knew how bad the service had got but i still tested the water a few months back and placed a order that was in stock.
