5th Mosquito 14-day Duration Challenge 2019

Recommended Posts

Simon P 'wins' the 4th challenge, here is your starter for the 5th.

Despite the forecast it wasn't raining here in Lawford yesterday so I took the Hawk Mini for a twirl on my local recreation ground. Quite a lot of lift around but kept missing out on the 'big one', which by looking at the clouds should have been there somewhere. Eventually I was high and the sky just seemed to be all lift, then I had a 'sweat' moment - just how much charge was there in the battery!? Rather than lose the model if it was low - I didn't think it was but now doubt had crept in - I carefully come down for 8:40 and walked home. Still a good amount in the LiPo but now fully charged for the next outing.
