We are a friendly group of slope soaring enthusiasts based in Sussex. We fly at various locations along the South Downs generally depending on the wind direction and strength denotes the flying site used. Currently there are about 10 regular slope flyers but we would always like to meet new or existing RC slopes soaring pilots who which to come along. We are not stuffy or regimented but we are all BMFA Insured and look out for each others safety and that of the slopes we fly from. We are not massively competitive but enjoy trying out as many slopes as possible and keep searching for new ones. Our experience is mixed with a few guys training (we are always happy to help and encourage) up to hardened frost bitten guys with years of experience under their belt but we are all friends and share a common Interest to enjoy the flying, fresh air and the beautiful Sussex countryside. We can be found at many of the popular slopes Mill Hill, Ditchling Beacon, Firle, The Long Man, Butts Brow or even as far as The Bwlch in South Wales.
