  1. Does anyone know which handheld Transmitter has the same software as the tray FX-32? Trying to wrap my head around the programming before picking mine up on Sunday Been reading up on the 14fg, but online people keep comparing it (the 14) to the 8fg. The 12fg also pops up a bit. Going on the numbers, I'd have thought it was a 16 related software minus the touch screen, probably hoping for too much there though. Does anyone know of any good sources of advanced programming knowledge, aside from troubling people by PM?
  2. I have recently been getting low signal alarms whilst flying my willow II between 100-150 metre range at white sheet. I'm now considering selling all my rx's dumping the radio in the bin & jumping ship. But what manufacturer do I go. My models are varied from an electric carbon Z cub to my willow ll f3f to a radian pro weasel trek etc etc & soon to be two scale model gliders an ASW 20 at 1.35 scale & a pic 20 at one quarter scale.
  3. Is it possible to convert a model file setup on a T14 to work on a T8 (or vice versa)? I recently bought a glider which the owner had set up on a T14. I use a T8. He kindly emailed me a copy of the file (and a link to the Futaba file utility required to allow PCs, but not Macs, to recognise and transfer the file). While I can copy the file to the SD card using the utility, the T8 does not offer it as an option to load from card. I can see the models which I have copied onto the SD card from the T8, and the utility sees all the files on the card. I presume this feature is because the transmitters which can make use of the utility have functions which vary and so a setup from one might have features not supported on another. All the features used in this particular case seem to be features which are common, although I think a FASSTest telemetry enabled rx was used on the 14. I think I may have answered my own question there, but worth asking, particularly about the transfer from 8 to 14 (I may upgrade to a 14 myself).
