Ying and Yang of sloping.

Ying: My much repaired but much loved Phase 6 being "Wildthing'd". New wing break-bolt systems worked superbly. Fuz headed vertically into soft ground where it plunged in to the depth of the wing seat. Took me a while to get it out. Wing has a bit missing and a crease. Canopy probably now eaten by sheep.Yang: My (bought 2nd hand) lovely "BARCS" 2m Pilatus B4 had a fantastic maiden. Lovely glider this. Looks fab as well, not a mark on it. Second flight 2 minutes in, total radio failure, all I can do was watch it curl away downwind behind the hill. Trudged after it expecting largest bit to be pocketable, only to find it ENTIRELY undamaged. Some cruel talk of these being my best two landings of 2011 :)Decided based on how the day was going to leave the vector in the bag.Sloping eh, gets you coming and going tongue.gif
