chiloschista
Hello band, that's one thing that really impressed me: ornithopter closer to replicate birds flapping wings morphology. -> John!
oipigface
I agree, Ric. It looks much more like a bird than my Slow Hawk. I’ve done a bit of digging, and found this detailed description of how it was done. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/355901101_A_Novel_Actuation_Strategy_for_an_Agile_Bio-inspired_FWAV_Performing_a_Morphing-coupled_Wingbeat_Pattern/fulltext/61836e41eef53e51e126d5de/A-Novel-Actuation-Strategy-for-an-Agile-Bio-inspired-FWAV-Performing-a-Morphing-coupled-Wingbeat-Pattern.pdf?origin=publication_detail

Phil.Taylor
Great to be able to get out & fly in the evenings again - sunshine & a good blow on my local slope I've just finished moving all the planes onto the Futaba FX32 Tx - some of the older ones were still on the half-way-house JR Tx with FrSky module. I'd forgotten what a great plane the old Simprop Sagitta is - fast, agile, soars well, aerobatic, looks great, just good fun Phil.
wookman
Sunrise at Whitesheet this morning. Not spectacular but the slope lift was smooth.
